Virtue Cultivation Worksheet

What kind of man do you want to be?
When I was 23, lost, poor in all ways, feeling sorry for myself, wanting the privileges of being a man but incapable of the responsibility. My father asked me a question that changed my life.
“Son, what kind of man do you want to be?”
I didn’t have an answer at the time. The thought hadn’t even crossed my mind. I set out to
answer that question and to create a vision for myself that had nothing to do with worldliness and everything to do with character. It took several years to get this vision statement created in its first form. It has been updated as the stages of my life have changed.
Virtue begins with a vision of who you could become. A vision gives you something to aim at with every choice, every thought, and every word.
As a subscriber, it is available to you as a guide and with reflection questions to assist you in creating a vision for who you will become.
