Hope you’re having a good week. I especially hope you were able to get some time off to celebrate the Fourth of July. I have not spent much time thinking about politics or the country in the past year but at one time in my life, it was really important to me (I studied government at Liberty University). As we approach the 250th birthday of the United States, I wanted to write an essay encouraging you to read the Federalist Papers.
On Monday evening I posted a note that encouraged people who follow my publication to read the Federalist Papers in celebration of America’s 250th birthday. The Federalist Papers were the persuasive arguments put forward by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay as to why the Confederation of the United States should adopt the Constitution of the United States.
